The ProLehre Onboarding initiated by the HyteQ project is designed to prepare new instructors at TUM for their teaching tasks. The course is in English, fully online, with a mix of Live Sessions and Self-Study Phases, and is offered by ProLehre | Media and Didactics.

Target Group

New doctoral and postdoctoral candidates at TUM.

If you are a tutor and interested in teaching and learning methods and strategies, please enroll in the Tutor Academy.

Learning objectives

At the end of this program the participants are able to

• implement success factors for teaching and learning
• describe what teaching tasks they may encounter in the upcoming semester.
• identify concrete steps for their professional teaching development.
