The onboarding program initiated by the HyteQ project is designed to prepare new instructors at TUM for their teaching tasks. The program is in English, fully online, with a mix of live sessions and self-study phases, and is offered by ProLehre | Media and Didactics.
Target Group
New doctoral and postdoctoral candidates at TUM.If you are a tutor and interested in teaching and learning methods and strategies, please enroll in the Tutor Academy.
Learning objectives
At the end of this program the participants are able to- implement success factors for teaching and learning
- describe what teaching tasks they may encounter in the upcoming semester.
- identify concrete steps for their professional teaching development.
